Author Visit
I can visit your school to talk to the pupils about my work, and story-writing in all its guises. I have previously visited classes from primary 2 to primary 7, tailoring the content to suit.
Published Pupils
For something a little different, let’s look at publishing. The package begins with a workshop on writing, publishing and story-craft. During the workshop pupils will begin writing short stories, which they can finish after I leave. When the stories are complete, I will engage them in an editing cycle. Then the final pieces will be published in a Class Anthology and made available at a nominal price for families and friends.
Book-binding
In this workshop I will teach a class how to construct their own sewn-board bound notebook. All materials and tools will be provided. The class lasts approximately 2 hours.
